2. It is non-toxic, odorless, waterproof, weather-resistance.

3. Non-corrosive with great transparency, mould size stability.

4.Good demoulding character.

 

Use-Method

l. Mixture: Mix up the A,B component in the proportion of 1:1. It can be manually stirred or mixed by equipment.

2. Defoaming: The mixed rubber should be deaerated in vacuum. It will be finished (in about 10 minutes) until there is no     bubble on the surface. If a small amount of rubber is used, operate it in the vacuum dryer.

3. Molding: Put the mixed material after defoaming into the mould and cure it for 2-3 hours at normal temperature; it  takes 30 minutes to cure when it is heated to 120℃.The curing temperature and time are based on the technical  condition.
